You just have to be willing to do a little digging to track down the information you’re looking for in the extensive Help Center.

Previously, KuCoin only accepted deposits of cryptocurrencies and it did not accept any deposits of fiat currency. Today, however, both card payments and bank transfers are possible here. For testing 5 of the other biggest exchanges. I can say that Kucoin is complete in terms of Trading features, and there are no bugs However, the introduction lacks simplicity. The interface must be simplified on the Desktop part.

Been a user of KuCoin for a long time, unfortunately I am starting to doubt the reliability of the future's bot. I had a VRA entry of 0.0073 and set the tp to 0.008222; the service indicates it was tp'd, however, the price never reached that area and my bot was closed; It happened 3 times already with similar issues and customer service is not being very useful or knowing how to help.

The new trading screen layout is rather confusing and not as intuitive. The order book chart should be on same page as the order entry screen (buy, sell stop etc) so that one can see / visualize where the majority of the current orders are (on the order book chart) and set order/trade price accordingly. Things are all over the places, could not easily see where the orders placed, balance etc. Please bring back the old layout. Or give an option to choose between new and old layout. Thanks.

No fiat on and offramp services.

The sheer number of things you can do on KuCoin, while beneficial, can be overwhelming to beginners. And it’s not always easy to figure out where you need to go to complete an action. Some platforms like Futures Lite and Fast Buy are a lot simpler to use, but KuCoin could do a better job making its more advanced features accessible.

It’s impossible to talk about KuCoin’s security without acknowledging that it has been hacked. On September 25th, 2020, the exchange was hacked to the tune of $281 million. Hackers obtained the private keys to one of the exchange’s hot wallets, leaving cold wallets unaffected. Cold wallets are not connected to the Internet, and are generally considered more secure than hot wallets.

Been on this exchange for almost 8 months and it’s come a long way. The ONLY major exchange I have found, available for use in the US, to offer derivatives (long/short w/ leverage) and a plethora of leveraged swaps. They have FREE TO USE, IN EXCHANGE trading bots!!!! no API keys or suspect integration. Very easy to set up, and you can have 10 running simultaneously. Not to mention the Staking options have grown a bunch just in the past few months alone. I’ve been hounding the team to develop a desktop app, but I mainly use the web client as a 32’ screen is a lil easier to view charts on, as opposed to a phone😂 A few things I would like to see: - We need order-triggers-order and order-cancels-order options for trading and futures! - Make a desktop app! - The ability to do derivative future strategies (like a straddle or straggle) would also be amazing considering arbitrage portfolios are a thing now. You can currently run a bot straddle strategy, but its not quite the same! Overall, 9.5/10 UI is gorgeous and night mode rocks Coin variety is top notch Want to go short? I am not impressed with the smart-phone application for KuCoin. Despite being a technical minded person, I just found this to be insanely and ridiculous to use properly. And unfortunately for this review, I hate it.

Having only used the KuCoin digital wallet application installed onto an Android smart-phone, this application is very informative, has a depth of application capabilities and perhaps for the extremely technical individual, it may well tick all of the boxes for that person(s).

However, the application is very overwhelming with information that should allow the user, to pick and choose what is important for them as part of the user experience. Instead there is no option what so ever to customise the way you want it to be.
