It is quite easy to use to be fair also. The amount of other third parties tools or software it easily integrate with is insane. Customer Support is decent too which is a plus.

To be fair, I have not used the product fully enough to identity any issues. However, I am learning more and more each day. I get a little frustrated with understanding how to identify all the different fields that I can edit and create custom language, custom colors, etc. But there is no risk in making a mistake as you can just retract any edits and continue to trial and error. Plus, the last resort is to just open a Chat with customer service!

Beware of people abusing the referrals to cheat.

Currently does not integrate with our email provider (Critical Impact) to import data directly to our email lists. Only option is to manually import.

Depending on the campaign type, the overall user interface is a bit rigid, but it's optimized for that campaigns particular goal and it just works.

Filtering invalid entries can be a pain and easily forgotten.

This is minor... but I wish when requesting to know someone's birthday for a sweepstakes entry you could just request month and year, not the date too.
